We have finally submitted the Building Warrant, and the case officer has viewed the project. We are grateful that Students from West College will be helping with small jobs around the property, such as graffiti and poster removal, painting, and similar work. We have a list of jobs that everyone can now be involved in.

A roof report has recommended replacing the roof as water has saturated the insulation boards.

An asbestos report has identified some areas of concern and recommends further investigation.

The church office is now operational at the LightHouse. The building is essentially a building site, so all visitors have to wear protective equipment when on site.

Soon, we will do an exercise to complete the shrink-wrapping of all that is in storage. Our principal designers, Thomas and Adamson, will look after the health and safety requirements of the building.

It's been quite a journey, but we couldn't have done it without the fantastic support of local businesses and volunteers who helped us clear our church and resident business space.
